These comparators are optimized for low power, single-supply operation with greater than rail-to-rail input operation. The open drain output of the MCP6566/7/9 family with a pull-up resistor, can be used as a level shifter for any desired voltage from 1.6V to 5.5V. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification is available for this device
