The PIC32MZ EF Family offers a high-performance MCU running up to 252 MHz with up to 2 MB Flash and 512 KB SRAM targeting connectivity applications in Industrial, automotive, IOT , Graphics(HMI) and Motor Control Market Segments. 

PIC32MZ EF family has best-in-class peripheral set including I2 S/SPI; 8-/16-bit Parallel Master Port (PMP) and External Bus Interface (EBI); 48-channel, 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC); Hi-Speed USB 2.0-compliant Device/ Host/OTG; 10/100 Mbps Ethernet MAC; Serial Quad Interface (SQI) and Crypto Engine for encryption/decryption.

These devices are fully supported by the MPLAB® Harmony integrated software framework and AECQ-100 Grade1 (125C) qualified.
